Taste of the Town Catering began in 1982. Our specialization is casual catering. Our
services can be used for weddings, high school reunions, birthday parties, company
parties and meetings. We have experienced almost every type of catered event that you
could imagine, and would be happy to consult with you about yours. Other services
provided are rental for tents, tables, chairs, china, lighting, linens, flowers, and a staff that
can make you a guest at your own party. All while trying to help you stay in your budget

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Fabulous Fifties Hall in Tacoma
that was catered by Taste of the Town. Everything was amazing. The food was
indescribably amazing and the staff was very accommodating. We are still getting calls
and compliments for the location, theme and originality of the wedding that couldn't
have happened without the help of Jimmy and his staff. We were able to have a couple
days to prepare and set up and our relationship between the staff was laid back, cool
and professional. Everyone has an dream image of how they want their wedding to turn
out and this by far bypassed all expectations. Thank you some much for everything
and we will be back for several more friends weddings who have already told us this will
be the place for them. We will never forget Jimmy and his staff because they played a
huge role making this dream wedding surpass our dreams.
